Refund policy

Return Eligibility 

Eligible regular-priced goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached, original packaging intact, and no signs of use or wear.

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are final sale or otherwise non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

• Final sale / clearance items — all sales are final.

• Vintage — due to the unique nature of vintage pieces, all sales are final.

• Consignment items — non-returnable once purchased.

• Luxury resale — authenticated pre-owned items are final sale.

• Art — original artworks and limited editions are non-returnable.

• Food & Beverage — for safety and hygiene reasons, all food items are non-returnable.

• Beauty & Personal Care — opened or used products cannot be returned.

• Event purchases — tickets, registrations, and event-related purchases are non-refundable.

If any of the above items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return for an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at hello@found580.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs 

• Returns due to defect or our error: we cover all return shipping costs.

• Returns for change of mind or other reasons: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Refunds 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@found580.com and we will assist you. Exchanges are subject to availability.
